Terms of service

Welcome to SB Creation. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product descriptions and handcrafted nature

Our products, specifically our glass and metal bangles, are handcrafted by artisans in Firozabad. Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, slight variations in colour, texture and size may occur. These are not defects but the unique signature of traditional craftsmanship. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing and modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice.

4. Governing law

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh.

5. Sizing

Bangle sizes follow standard Indian sizing. Please check the size guide before ordering — we do not offer a size exchange.

6. Orders and stock

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud — and we refund any payment taken in full.

7. Discount codes

Offers such as SB01 apply to the collections stated, cannot be combined with other product discounts unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Wholesale and custom orders

Bulk and customised orders are governed by the quotation we agree with you in writing, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
