Bought from a market, or made in our own furnace
Most bangles sold online are picked up from a wholesale market and listed the same week. We are the other end of that chain. Sitaram Bhagwandas & Co. has supplied bangle wholesalers across India for generations, and SB Creation is that same furnace selling direct.

The seller met the stock in a wholesale market. Ask how a bangle was joined and the answer has to be guessed.
The people who melt, draw and join the glass are the people selling it to you. Ask anything about a piece and you get a first-hand answer.
The price carries the trader's margin stacked on top of the maker's.
One margin, not two. It is why sets run from ₹197 to ₹1,599.
Sizes are whatever the lot happened to contain that week.

Packing is whatever the parcel arrived in, and the seller did not choose it.

01 · The maker
We make them. We do not resell them.
Sitaram Bhagwandas & Co. is a wholesale bangle manufacturer in Firozabad, the City of Bangles. It has supplied wholesalers across India for generations. SB Creation is the retail arm of that business — the same furnace, the same hands, selling to you without a middleman. Our sister firms are Pankaj & Co., S. Deepak Bangle Store and SB & Co.
That is why the price is what it is, and why you can ask us how any piece was made and get an answer rather than a guess.

02 · If it breaks
It is glass, and we stand behind it.
Glass travels badly unless someone takes trouble over it. Every bangle is wrapped on its own and padded before the box is closed. Most orders arrive exactly as they left us. When one does not, we replace the broken piece free.
There is one condition and we would rather state it plainly than bury it: we need a continuous, unedited unboxing video that starts with the package still sealed, sent within 48 hours of delivery. Without that video we cannot raise a transit-damage claim, so please start filming before you cut the tape.

03 · Fit
Sized properly, the first time.
The wrong size is the most common reason bangles come back, so we publish a real size guide instead of a vague chart. Indian bangle sizes are the inner diameter in inches and sixteenths: 2.4 is 2 and 4/16 inches, which is 2.25 inches across. We make 2.2, 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8.
We do not offer a size exchange, so measure your hand once before you order. If you are unsure, message us the measurement on WhatsApp and we will tell you which size to pick.
