Where we ship

We ship across India. For orders outside India, and for custom designs, message us on WhatsApp at +91 95571 11954 — we quote and handle these orders directly.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on every order within India.
• Payment is online only: UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment.
• Delivery takes about 7 days on average, depending on your location.
• Custom and bulk orders take longer; we confirm the timeline when you place the order.
• You receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp once the parcel leaves us.

Packaging

Glass bangles are individually wrapped and padded before they go in the box. If anything still arrives broken, send us an unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery — see our refund policy — we replace it free.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we can reship it once you cover the return and re-delivery cost.

Delays outside our control

Festival periods, weather and courier disruption can add days. We will keep you posted if your order is affected.
